Standard delivery takes 2�5 business days depending on your location. Orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are typically delivered within 2�3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. There are no delivery charges � what you see is what you pay. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders across the UAE. COD orders may take slightly longer to process, and a small handling fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your email address. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us.

No. Bulbs are not included with our lamps. The required bulb type (E27, E14 or G9) is listed clearly on every product page. We recommend warm white LED bulbs with a colour temperature of 2700K�3000K for the most comfortable, atmospheric light.

Yes. LED bulbs use up to 80% less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs and last many times longer under normal use. All our lamps are LED-compatible. Dimmable warm white LEDs (2700K�3000K) give the best combination of atmosphere, efficiency and comfort.

Some models in our range support dimming. Dimming compatibility is listed in the product specifications on each product page. To dim a compatible lamp, you will need a dimmable LED bulb and, in some cases, a compatible in-line dimmer switch.

Yes. Assembly is minimal � typically attaching the shade and connecting the base sections. No special tools are required. Every lamp comes with a step-by-step illustrated assembly guide. Most customers complete assembly in under 15 minutes.

All lamps carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The Marble Base Floor Lamp carries a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or improper assembly. Contact us if you experience any issue.

Yes. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and original packaging. To start a return, contact our team with your order number. See our Returns Policy for full details.

We package our lamps carefully, but damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your lamp arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
